On Tuesday, September 1, 2020, the Georgia Association of Broadcasters hosted a virtual conversation with GHSA Executive Director, Robin Hines. GAB member stations were able to get an inside look into how the GHSA is handling fall sports amid COVID-19. Having high school football on the air this fall is vital to the success of radio stations in Georgia. The GHSA and GAB radio stations were able to discuss the importance of this relationship during this call.
Engineers Larry Wilkins and John George hosted a webinar to go over the EAS Test Reporting System (ETRS) form one (changes due September 15th) and how to ensure EAS equipment is configured correctly to receive the National Periodic Test (NPT).
