Produce scripts, storyboards, copy and creative for brand campaigns, topicals (daily/HFR), programming, digital, social media, radio, print, outdoor and more.
Produce commercials and customized integrations for sales
Design graphics and animations for broadcast and digital/social
Shoot and light talent and interview subjects for promos, commercials, and integrations
Write creative briefs and develop detailed plans to keep projects on time and budget
Collaborate with management on brand marketing strategies and objectives
Identify and execute new creative opportunities that “raise the bar” and grow audience
Assist with station initiatives including community events and activations
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors
Budget and track production expenses
Lead and mentor team to inspire higher quality work
Other responsibilities as assigned by the Creative Director and the Marketing Director

Expert level operation of Adobe Creative Suite including Premiere, After-Effects, Photoshop, and more
Ability to transform creative concepts and complex information into compelling copy
Sharp aesthetics for video editing, graphic design, and typography placement
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
Solid organization and time management in a fast-paced environment
Manage, prioritize, and track multiple projects while still meeting deadlines
Take initiative to get things done, sometimes with little or no direction or supervision
Ability to “think on your feet” and adapt to last-minute changes
Independently identify, assess, and solve problems or improve processes
Intermediate knowledge of videography equipment and computer editing systems
Understand digital and social media marketing
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Travel: Rarely: less than 10%
