The News Anchor develops newscasts which will attract the largest available audience to the station’s newscasts. This position works with Producer to create the newscast. The News Anchor covers news in the field, writes stories and edits and/or rewrites copy when needed.

Experience:
Minimum of two years related news experience, five preferred. Prior experience in top 25 market preferred.
Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school, or equivalent. College degree in journalism, mass communication or other related field preferred.
