Job Summary:

CBS46 has an opportunity for an HR professional who wants to contribute to the attainment of business goals and results, ensure procedures and processes run effectively and efficiently, and foster a healthy work environment. The HR Generalist interacts extensively with all levels of employees and management and is responsible for a wide range of duties which may include recruitment, development, engagement and employee relations.

Requirements and Responsibilities:

Coordinate recruiting efforts
Onboard new employees, including new hire orientations and the communication of company benefits, policies, and procedures
Coordinate employee data changes
Maintain employee personnel files
Effectively communicate policies, procedures and other announcements in written and oral form
Effectively communicate with employees, vendors and customers
Serve as the local point of contact for all Employee Relations requests and function as the local liaison with Corporate HR on personnel issues.
Multiple general and administrative duties, very deadline driven
Other duties as assigned
