Job Title: Digital Brand Manager
Public Broadcasting Atlanta (PBA) is seeking a Digital Marketing Brand Manager to be responsible for the development of content marketing and brand communications/advertising strategies and execution across digital channels, including the WABE.org website, social media (such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, blogs and YouTube), email/marketing automation and Google. This position also manages email marketing and marketing automation strategy and execution and contributes to overall Marketing Communications strategy, collaborating with the SVP of Marketing & Communications, other members of the Marketing team, WABE content creators, and member experience leads to ensure alignment with Marketing’s objectives, priorities and needs.
Lead the development & execution of digital marketing strategies and contribute to the development of plans that help deliver marketing objectives
Create and manage quarterly digital content calendars, according to channels and brand briefs
Manage content marketing strategy and execution across all channels, including website, social media, search engines and email marketing/marketing automation platform, to drive engagement with target audience
Manage the creative execution from inception through final delivery; ensuring milestones are met such as proofreading, internal approvals, legal review, and delivery of assets to publication/ media channel
Create demographic groups to tailor digital marketing efforts toward
Identify opportunities to acquire new audiences through digital efforts and lead development and management of audience experience/member experiences
Establish appropriate KPI goals and provide reports on metrics, including website and campaign performance, lead generation, and continually find ways to improve on those metrics through testing and new initiatives
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, advertising, public relations, media studies, business or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, email marketing, social media and/or community management
Experience owning digital production processes and workflows, including web, social and e-mail
Proven experience with Google Analytics, SEO and SEM
Experience with A/B testing to optimize digital/web content performance
Experience managing and leading improvement efforts with CRM/marketing automation platforms
Actively participates and has experience managing a wide variety of digital-marketing activities such as e-letters, community development and management, etc.
Understanding of popular social networks and digital platforms—design, functionality, users
Highly agile individual with proven ability to adapt in rapidly changing environment
Strong communication capabilities—excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills

Position, at least initially, will be located off-site in accordance with station policy on off-site work for most staff in response to coronavirus. Candidates must be willing and able to work from home but provide their own transportation to the station once off-site work conditions are lifted.
