ABOUT WTOC
WTOC-TV, located in beautiful Savannah, GA, is the CBS affiliate serving 17 counties in south Georgia and 3 in South Carolina. WTOC is the market’s dominant station, celebrating 66 years of excellence in news, sports, and weather reporting both on-air and on-line.

JOB SUMMARY
This position will report to the Local Sales Manager and will assist the sales department in all aspects of day-to-day sales operations for the station. Ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, detailed orientated, strong administrative skills and the ability to work in a changing, fast-paced environment.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Assists in all general administrative duties as needed
Provides customer support for station advertising clients
Enters broadcast and digital orders
Assists in managing customer relationship management (CRM) tool
Assists in preparing proposals, creating presentations, pulling invoices & avails
Covers front desk/reception as needed
Other duties as assigned

Requirements
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, overall knowledge of basic computer skills. College degree preferred or equivalent in years of experience.
