Job Summary
Provide support in sales administration, generate sales-related reports, and serve as an extension of the sales team and General Sales Manager. Ideal candidates will thrive in our fast-paced, environment and maintain positive relationships with sales department colleagues as well as with clients and partners. Ideal candidates can view the Sales Coordinator position as a path to a Media Strategist/Account Executive position within our organization.
Responsibilities
- Provides administrative and/or process support for sales administration, customer service, and order history
- Acts as an extension of the sales team by assisting with sales development needs, sales material creation, marketing communications, sponsorship proposals & recaps
- Generates contract confirmations & reports related to sales activities & revenue data
- Handles contracts for Media Strategist, prepares presentations, types & proofreads correspondence, files and makes copies
Qualifications
- Manages time; focuses on urgent and important tasks; avoids procrastination; follows up; shows strong attention to detail; meets deadlines
- Adapts to shifts in priorities and urgencies
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel & Word
- Demonstrates ability to learn new systems quickly
- Assumes responsibility & accountability for assignments and tasks
- Actively listens; clearly and effectively conveys information; uses professional telephone skills; demonstrates effective business writing skills; shows excellent grasp of grammar
- Exhibits good interpersonal skills & collaborates with others
- Demonstrates a growth mindset; shows a desire to develop within the company
Work Experience
4-year college degree preferred
