WTOC 11 is a Gray television-owned CBS affiliate in Savannah, Georgia and the number one station in the market which includes eighteen counties in South Georgia’s Coastal Empire and three counties in the South Carolina Low-country.
WTOC is seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to serve as the liaison between viewers and clients who call or visit the television station. A positive disposition is a must, as is proficiency of the use of Microsoft Office Suite products as well as various other broadcast centric software. This job will also include some basic Administrative Assistant duties for the General Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:
» Use of Microsoft Office Suite Answering phones Greeting guests into secure building Handling shipping and receiving Auditing television programming and assisting office manager with accounts payable and receivable.
» Two years experience and college degree preferred.
