Description
The General Sales Manager will report to the Director of Sales and will have a major focus on the digital business of the cluster. The GSM will assist with leading the advertising sales department to develop creative advertising campaigns which can be executed seamlessly across multiple media platforms. There will be a significant focus on consumer insights, market research, trends and specific client challenges to ensure advertising campaigns are custom designed and provide an effective return on investment for clients. The General Sales Manager may lead client meetings, sales meetings, CMG Atlanta events and will lead the development of advertising seminars and b2b marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading integrated campaign development, collaboration skills, strong work ethic, proven management background and experience with multiple media platforms. A successful background in recruitment and management of talented account executives is preferred.
